Leslie M. Sam

Leslie M. Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hearing Science and her entire career has been focused in areas of research beginning with cochlear implants in the 1980’s followed by commercial research appraisals in the 1990’s and then finally for the past 20+ years in clinical research and quality.

Leslie is certified ASQ Quality Improvement Associate and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Black Belt. Her GCP Quality and Quality Systems expertise has been shared in many presentations and peer-reviewed journal articles. After more than 20 years as a clinical research and quality professional, Leslie retired from Eli Lilly and Company, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. She has since formed Leslie Sam and Associates, LLC which provides a variety of consulting services.
