Enhancing Your Leadership DNA:  Coaching for Success

Today’s highly competitive business environment demands that individuals and organizations perform at higher levels of  expertise than ever before. The role of the Coach has been identified as a critical leadership and management competency to achieve those goals. Creating a coaching culture expands the concepts of empowering others using true coaching skills and techniques to increase engagement, improve productivity and optimize performance organization-wide.  In this interactive workshop, you will be introduced to a powerful coaching model, the GROW Method of Coaching, that can be implemented in all levels of the workplace with the goal of creating a Coaching Culture throughout the organization. Coaching for Success workbook will be provided for each participant.

  

Enhancing Your Communication DNA:  Publishing for Beginners

You wrote your book.  Now what?  How do you get it published?  What are the steps you need to take to have a professional product?  Should you self-publish?  Do you need help?  Are you overwhelmed?

This workshop is designed to help new and newer authors understand the basic steps to get their book published – starting out with the Author DNA Assessment.  Once the author understands their goals and objectives for their book, they can begin the process to learn what steps need to be taken.  Each participant will receive the “Enhancing Your Communication DNA:  Publishing for Beginners” workbook in order to be prepared to take action and get their book published.

  

  

Enhancing Your Performance DNA:  Bringing Behaviors and Performance to Life Through DISC

Understanding who you are and why you are the way you are is critical in building strong personal and professional relationships and is crucial to your success in the workplace!  This workshop will provide an in-depth look at the DISC Behavior Profile Assessment and use participants specific results to help understand their unique behavioral styles and the style of others.  Each participant will complete the DISC assessment and receive their results prior to the group workshop.  Participants will also receive tools to help understand how to adapt to effectively communicate with those around you. 

Enhancing Your Communication DNA:  Everyone Communicates, Few Connect

If you want to succeed, you must learn how to CONNECT with others!  It may seem like some folks are just born with it, but the fact is, anyone can learn how to make every communication an opportunity for a powerful connection. In “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect”, we will explore Five Principles and Five Practices needed to develop the crucial skill of connecting! This workshop can be customized for a one-hour overview up to 6 hours of content (spread over multiple sessions like a “lunch and learn”). 

 

Enhancing Your Performance DNA:  Mentoring for Success

This workshop is designed to provide practical tools and guidance to understand how to be a more effective mentor or mentee and how to establish effective mentoring relationships.   This workshop will use the G.R.O.W. Model of Mentoring to assist participants to enhance everyday mentoring conversations and relationships – whether they are a mentor or mentee. Each participant will receive a copy of the workbook, Enhancing Your Performance DNA:  Mentoring for Success workbook.

 

  

Managing Through Differences (Diversity Insights)

This workshop is designed for leaders who need to understand and manage diversity and inclusion in an environment that values both diversity and inclusion. We will discuss the definition of diversity, inclusion, bias and unconscious bias and look at detailed examples on how to recognize concerns and how to address them in yourself and others.  This is an interactive workshop with real life examples and scenarios to work through. The Privilege Walk and Most Trusted activates will be two tools that will definitely be impactful.  You won’t leave the same as when you entered the room! 
 

So You Want to Lead?  Then Do it!

This workshop is designed for people in technical roles who are also leaders in their organization. They usually do not have direct reports but have to exhibit influence without authority. We will discuss barriers to being a leader, 5 steps to being an effective and successful leader and create an action plan for developing as a leader. 


Supervisory 101 - How to be an effective supervisor

This workshop is designed for the first level supervisor to assist them with the basic skills of managing people. It includes topics such as:  Understanding the Role of the Supervisor; communication and Connecting with Peers and Your Direct Reports; Feedback and Coaching; Managing Performance and Discipline; Conflict Resolution and Documentation. This workshop is very interactive and filled with role plays and practical activities. Timing varies but it is recommended that this session is conducted over a 4 - 6 hour block (customization available).
