Denola M. Burton is an award-winning author, publisher, and Founder and CEO of Enhanced DNA: Develop.Nurture.Achieve, LLC and Enhanced DNA Publishing. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, coaching, and communication, she brings a practical, people-centered perspective to her writing.

Denola began her professional career as a scientist before transitioning into human resources, where she discovered her passion for helping people recognize their strengths, develop their potential, and achieve meaningful goals. That philosophy became the foundation for Enhanced DNA and continues to shape her work as an author.

Through her books, Denola shares practical insights and tools focused on leadership, communication, personal and professional development, and the publishing journey. Her work reflects a consistent belief that growth begins with understanding what you already possess, intentionally developing it, and using it to create greater impact.

In addition to writing her own books, Denola is the founder of Enhanced DNA Publishing, where she helps aspiring and emerging authors transform their ideas and expertise into professionally published books. She is a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) and holds professional certifications in human resources, behavioral coaching, speaking, training, and coaching.
