Dr. Carpia Naylor is a nationally recognized educational systems leader and MTSS strategist known for defining the Readiness Gap—a concept reshaping how schools and districts approach implementation. With more than 25 years of experience across classroom, school, district, and higher education settings, she helps educators translate complex educational concepts into coherent systems that drive results.

Dr. Naylor is the Founder and CEO of Elevate EDsolutions, LLC, partnering with schools and districts nationwide to strengthen leadership capacity and ensure sustainable implementation. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and advanced degrees in Instructional Leadership, Education Administration, and Piano Performance. She writes, consults, and speaks nationally on MTSS, literacy, leadership, and systems transformation.
