Jennifer Formoso

Jennifer Formoso is a Christ follower, mom, wife, daughter, social worker, beach-lover, and finally an author he lives in Trumbull, CT with her husband Juan, and works as both a school social worker as well as a psychotherapist. She has an eighteen year-old daughter, Serena, who attends college in Florida and is currently a Freshman, where she is enjoying the sunshine and palm trees. Jennifer considers helping others to be her spiritual gift, and it is her greatest honor and blessing aside from her role as a mother. When she is not taking care of others’ needs, she likes to practice self-care by reading, writing or painting, preferably at the water’s edge. Her favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
