Mascelia Miranda

Mascelia holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Change Management, Master of Arts degree with a double major - Management and Public Administration, and Bachelor of Science Degree - Business Administration. Mascelia began her career as a United States Army Officer and after completing three years of active duty service, she transitioned into the business world.

Mascelia retired from Eli Lilly and Company where she amassed over 20 years in the Human Resources field and was a certified professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and Human Resources Certification Institute (SPHR).

After retiring, Mascelia returned to her native state of Florida.

She is a member of Beth Israel Messianic Jewish Synagogue and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

She is married and mother of two adult children. She enjoys knitting, bicycling, travelling, playing the flute, and getting to the beach as much as possible.
