Quatiba Davis

Quatiba Davis is an executive healthcare leader, nationally recognized behavior analyst, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist. As one of the few Black women to serve in C-suite executive leadership within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she has dedicated her career to transforming organizations, advancing ethical, data-driven care, and developing leaders who create lasting impact.

In Conditioned to Lead, Quatiba draws on her personal journey from the Bronx to the executive suite to show how pressure, pain, and perseverance can shape extraordinary leadership. She lives in Florida and continues to champion better outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while inspiring others to lead with courage, authenticity, and purpose.
