DMW Consultants specializes in supporting small businesses as they hire to delegate responsibilities or address skill gaps, and assists established companies in refining their compensation programs to be cost-effective, comprehensive, and competitive. Her firm’s signature A.R.M.™ methodology focuses on helping organizations attract key talent, retain top employees, and motivate their workforce for long-term success.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in all compensation disciplines, Danita’s expertise spans various industries, including her most recent role as Vice President of Compensation at a major pharmaceutical company. She has worked with Fortune 500, 100, and 50 companies in sectors such as media, energy, finance, and healthcare, making her a seasoned leader in compensation strategy and human resources.
Danita holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Master’s Degree in HR Management from The New School University in New York, NY. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to empowering organizations through proactive, world-class compensation strategies.
In addition to her work in HR, Danita is an entrepreneur, author, and founder of True Lifestyle, LLC, a brand that celebrates body positivity and confidence through well-designed apparel and home goods. Originally from New York, Danita currently resides in Pennsylvania, where she continues to inspire others with her passion for empowerment and business success.
