Denola Burton is an entrepreneur, author, publisher, business consultant, speaker, and the Founder and CEO of Enhanced DNA: Develop Nurture Achieve, LLC and Enhanced DNA Publishing. Her work is rooted in a simple philosophy: our experiences, knowledge, and even the unexpected turns in our journeys can prepare us for opportunities we may not yet be able to see.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Denola spent 27 years with Eli Lilly and Company. Her career began in science and ultimately transitioned into more than 20 years in human resources, where she developed expertise in leadership, talent development, coaching, performance, and organizational effectiveness. After retiring from corporate America in 2017, she launched Enhanced DNA and began the next chapter of her professional journey.

Through Enhanced DNA Publishing, Denola helps aspiring and established authors turn their expertise, experiences, and stories into professionally published books that strengthen credibility, expand their influence, and preserve their legacy. Since launching the publishing company, she has guided authors across a wide range of genres and helped their books achieve national literary recognition, Amazon recognition, and placement in libraries and other community spaces.

Denola is also the author of the Enhancing Your DNA professional development book series and a certified speaker, trainer, and coach. Her work reflects her commitment to helping others DEVELOP their potential, NURTURE their growth, and ACHIEVE their goals.

As the coordinating author of She Means Business: Women Entrepreneurs Share Lessons That Elevate Vision into Results, Denola brings together ten women entrepreneurs whose experiences demonstrate that there is no single path to entrepreneurship.
