Melody is the Founder and CEO of Early Childhood Educators Circle Time™ (ECE Circle Time™) and a National Accreditation Specialist dedicated to helping early childhood education and childcare programs deliver the highest quality service to children, families, and their communities.

Her journey into entrepreneurship wasn't traditional. After years of working in early childhood education, including leadership roles and supporting programs through quality improvement systems, Melody began noticing a recurring challenge that became even more evident during the 2020 pandemic. Many childcare businesses had strong intentions and a genuine commitment to the children they served, but they didn't always have the operational frameworks needed to consistently meet high standards.

Melody saw an opportunity to help close that gap.

She founded ECE Circle Time™ to serve as both a strategic partner and systems builder, helping early childhood programs pursue national accreditation while strengthening the internal operations necessary to sustain quality and grow.

Today, Melody is applying many of those same principles to her own entrepreneurial journey as she builds scalable systems, expands her thought leadership, and develops partnerships designed to extend the impact of her work nationally.
