It has been an amazing year - both for the book and for the authors. It has been a year of growth and a journey, especially as we entered into a pandemic.
Mentoring Moments: 14 Remarkable Women Share Breakthroughs to Success is not just a book by these 14 Remarkable Women telling their stories about their successes in their life and careers, it is a self-help book that provides guidance for other women to realize their success as they learn from the "mentoring moments" from each author and provides tools to work with their own mentors.
There were many successes with Mentoring Moments, including recognition on Amazon's Hot New Releases, but the one that I am most proud of is the one from the American Book Fest. Mentoring Moments was a FINALIST for the 2019 Best Book Awards in the Self-Help:Motivational category! What an honor for this anthology and these remarkable women!
As an author/publisher, I have learned so much in this past year - about publishing details, marketing tools and working as a publisher during a pandemic. I have learned how to use my own publishing mentors and also how to be an author mentor. I am excited to continue to grow - using the tools from this book. I started at the very beginning with Chapter One by Yolanda Smith, Now You See Me: Unleashing Your Personal Brand.
