INDIANAPOLIS BASED PUBLISHER HAS AN AWARD WINNER AND THREE AWARD FINALISTS

INDIANAPOLIS: November 22, 2021, AmericanWritingAwards.com announced the winners and finalists of the inaugural American Writing Awards in 42 different literary categories. Awards were presented for fiction & nonfiction titles published in 2019, 2020 and 2021, along with Legacy titles which are older than 3 years.

The American Writing Awards Team had this to say about the competition. “The number and quality of books entered into our first ever contest surpassed any and all expectations. Entries came in from all over the world and were narrowed down by our judges to the final results. We can’t wait to see the books we get to read for next year. We love doing what we do!

We are a grassroots creation, which means we were created by authors for authors. Our mission is simple, to offer the most inclusive and affordable premier book competition for independent authors and publishers—providing an avenue of recognition and pride all over the world. Enhanced DNA Publishing Winners and Finalists:

AWARD WINNER – ART

by Anthony W. Lanier

On July 4, 2019, Anthony W. Lanier, Graphite Guru and Master Artist, started a series of graphite drawings based on images recorded on a cell phone. There was a rhythm. He could complete at least one a day and move on to another subject. FIGURED IT OUT: Drawings that Define a COVID-19 Experience, contains images forging the opportunity of new subjects in masks, plus a whole lot more. With limited mobility in travel, Lanier demonstrates through drawings, a world of everyday people who pass our doorsteps, facing similar challenges.

AWARD FINALIST - SPIRITUALITY

by Rosetta Priestly

Have you ever gone through a metamorphosis—a significant life change? In “Release Moments”, author Rosetta Priestly shares some key stages that contributed to the metamorphosis that made her the Warrior Woman of God that she is today.

After the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly, in the pupa stage; there is a struggle to get out of the cocoon. Before a beautiful butterfly emerges, the struggle pushes the blood into its wings to develop and strengthen them for flight once they break free. The process has the appearance of pain and torture, but in reality, this struggle is necessary. Necessary for the caterpillar to emerge as the beautiful, transformed creation. Necessary for the now butterfly to soar above the things that once weighed them down. Necessary for the butterfly to be what God has placed in their DNA to be from the beginning. What an excellent process! The significance of the metamorphosis of the caterpillar has taught me that struggles are a NECESSARY part of life.

AWARD FINALIST – SELF-HELP

by Nicole Billups

No marriage is perfect, but when addiction, trauma, control, infidelity, and other ungodly issues become involved, it can become one of life’s toughest challenges. You may have heard before that marriage is not for the weak, but told through the story of a young wife, Renée, and the disillusionment with her new husband, Michael, you will find proof, that this isn’t true. The Good News is that we have a risen Savior who can take our tears, anger, betrayal, guilt, shame, and discontent upon His cross. Psalm 46:1 tells us that “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
