These women share insights to assist other women through their mentoring challenges and provides tools to develop successful mentoring relationships. Each woman’s story is unique and at the end of each chapter, the author provides “Mentoring Moments” with five questions to assist the reader in working through a similar situation and prepare for their own mentoring conversations.
The Foreword of the book is written by Deb Hallberg, CEO of Pass the Torch for Women, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on mentoring relationships. She has her own breakthrough story of mentoring and in the Foreword she states, “My story is uniquely mine, but you have your own. This is why Mentoring Moments is so essential for any person looking to be inspired to own their journey and grow personally and professionally.”
