Bernice Anthony

Bernice Anthony is an HR Consultant at Eli Lilly and Company, a fortune 500 pharmaceutical company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her current responsibilities involve investigating potential company policy, procedure and standard violations and providing consultation to members of management and fellow Human Resource colleagues. She is also responsible for training investigators across the globe in over 85 countries. 

 

Bernice is also a veteran, having served in the US Army Reserves for 8 years.  Bernice obtained her MBA and MSM from Indiana Tech and holds a BS in Computer Information Science from Florida A&M University. Bernice enjoys serving her community as a volunteer having previously served in capacities such as About Special Kids (ASK), Diversity Leadership Circle (DLC), Families First, Douglass Little League, United Way of Central Indianapolis and many more.

 

She is married to husband Harris, has three beautiful children, one grandchild and hopes to one day retire in the Caribbean. In addition to volunteering, she loves watching Sci-Fi movies and binging Netflix.
