Rita Rogers

Where There is a Will There is a Way in Mentoring Moments

A life-long learner and native of Indianapolis and while working in the pharmaceutical industry, Rita simultaneously earned degrees in Finance and Religious Studies and a Master of Business Administration over her 25 year career.  She uses her most recent degree, a Master of Health Information Technology, in her current role as Senior Project Manager at the Indiana Office of Technology.

 

Rita is also a graduate of the United Way Diversity Leadership program and she served as President of the National Black MBA Association – Indianapolis Chapter from January 2015 to December 2018. Rita is a member of Overcoming Church and is married to Harold.  They are blessed with 2 grown sons and 7 grandchildren.
