#NationalBookstoreDay2020: Independent Bookstore Day is a one-day national “party” that takes place at indie bookstores across the country on [usually] the last Saturday in April. Every store is unique and independent, and every party is different. This year, the event has been rescheduled to Saturday August 29, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and has become virtual. The goal? Support your independent bookstores and independent publishers. How? During this virtual event (August 29 – 31), you can support by doing one of the following:
